We would like you to join us for a retreat like no other this winter. This is an invitation to rest and restore on a unique day retreat at Ballyportry Castle, situated in the surrounds of the magical Burren. What your day would look like: Arrive through the castle gates at 10 am to immerse yourself in a relaxing day of yoga, mediation, nourishing flavourful vegetarian meals, nature, and historical surroundings.
Begin with meeting your hosts, Caroline and Tanya, and your fellow retreaters. Then Caroline will lead you in a stretch and movement session before guiding you on a 5k walk straight from the castle walls into the Burren. After some fresh air and beautiful scenery, return indoors to a nourishing vegetarian lunch prepared by Ballymaloe chef, Tanya.
After lunch, ascend to the 2 nd floor, by the open fire Caroline will guide through an introduction to meditation, pranayama ( breathing techniques), and setting new intentions and aspirations.
The relaxation continues..... Caroline will begin your two-hour yoga practice in the Great Hall by candlelight. This yoga and movement class will include, myofascial release rolling, mobility and flexibility flow, challenging your balance building strength and endurance, followed by somatic and yoga Nidra cool down savasana.
Continue to unwind downstairs and gather for another delightful vegetarian meal. Dessert will be served fireside, where we will conclude the day with a closing ceremony. The plan is to leave feeling relaxed, energized, happy, and grounded.

Reform Club is a Movement Studio, which focuses not only on the fitness aspects of physical movement but a place which will help participants and clients integrate breath and balance.
We build poise and strength by using the natural elements of body weight while incorporating additional weight and resistance with familiar fitness props.
Reform Club is a studio where you can develop a thoughtful relationship with your physical self through strength movement and flexibility and a thoughtful meditative practice.
The studio itself is a lovely south-facing loft in the heart of TriBeCa. It is welcoming and warm.
We take wellness and fitness seriously, and we want to share our love of feeling and being well with each person who visits and practices with us.
