Our first event of 2020!

Join us every Tuesday

$250 for 6 week course 
There will be no session on break FEBRUARY 18TH

Each session includes:
-A 45 minute workout (yoga, pilates, core, resistance training and more) with studio owner Caroline. 
Introduction to pranayama & meditation with essential oils and savasana.

-Group health coaching with Katia.

You'll be given weekly actions and strategy to cut down on sugar, alcohol and processed foods while increasing whole foods to balance blood sugar and hormones. 

-Tools to connect your body and mind

-A group of like minded women to hold each other accountable, share and connect with.
